WARRANTY POLICY

Upon delivery, it is essential to inspect the product to ensure it has not been damaged during shipment. At the time of dispatch, the product is warranted to be free of defects in material or workmanship.

Claims for errors, shortages, defects, or nonconformities that can be identified upon inspection must be made in writing within eight (8) business days from the date of product delivery. Claims not made within the specified time period will be barred, and no other claims will be considered.

We provide a three (3) year warranty for the mechanical steel frame and a one (1) year warranty for components (rollers, bearings, cables, cushions, rubber) from the date of purchase.

During the warranty period, we will provide replacement parts at no charge. (Please note: shipping and handling fees may apply.)

Warranty coverage is void if:

  • The operator failed to comply with the instructions in the manual.
  • The product specifications were not followed.
  • Damage occurred due to inadequate maintenance or inspections.
  • Damage occurred due to improper storage and/or usage.
  • Modifications or repairs were made to the equipment by the user/operator without the manufacturer’s knowledge and agreement.
  • Aftermarket or non-genuine spare parts were used for repairs.
  • Modifications or repairs were performed by an uncertified individual.
