Shipping Policy
QLI Fitness Equipment USA is committed to delivering
high-quality commercial fitness equipment efficiently and securely
throughout the United States. Due to the size and weight of our products,
most orders ship via freight carrier.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to:
- All 48 contiguous U.S. states
- Limited delivery to Alaska and Hawaii (additional freight charges apply)
We do not currently ship internationally through the USA website.
For international orders, please contact our sales team directly.
2. Order Processing Time
- In-stock items: 2–5 business days processing
- Large commercial orders: 5–10 business days
- Custom / OEM orders: Lead time will be quoted individually
Processing time does not include transit time.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.
3. Shipping Methods
Small Accessories
- Shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS
- Standard ground delivery: 3–7 business days
Strength Equipment & Large Machines
- Shipped via LTL Freight / Estes Express Lines
- Delivery timeframe: 5–10 business days depending on location
- Curbside delivery included
4. Freight Delivery
Most QLI equipment ships via palletized freight.
Standard Freight Service Includes:
- Delivery to the curb or loading dock
- Appointment scheduling by carrier
- Liftgate service (if residential delivery selected)
Not Included:
- Inside delivery
- Stairs
- Assembly or installation (unless purchased separately)
- Removal of packaging materials
If you require white-glove delivery or installation, please request a
quote prior to shipment.
White glove delivery is a premium service for
high-value, fragile, or heavy items that goes beyond curbside drop-off.
It includes scheduled, inside-home delivery to a room of choice,
professional assembly or installation, and removal of all packaging
materials.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated based on:
- Product weight and dimensions
- Delivery address (commercial vs residential)
- Liftgate requirements
- Access limitations
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted by our sales team
for larger orders. We are using Estes Express Lines.
6. Commercial vs Residential Delivery
Commercial Address:
- Must have loading dock or forklift
- Faster and lower freight cost
Residential Address:
- Liftgate required
- Appointment required
- Additional freight charges may apply
Customers are responsible for ensuring clear access for delivery.
7. Inspection Upon Delivery
All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery.
Please:
- Check for visible damage before signing
- Note any damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL)
- Take photos immediately
- Contact QLI within 24 hours
Failure to document freight damage at delivery may void freight claims.
8. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment is delayed or lost:
- Contact us at info@qlifitnessequipment.com
- Provide order number and tracking information
We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
9. Split Shipments
Large or multi-item orders may ship in multiple shipments depending on
warehouse location and inventory availability.
10. Refused Deliveries
If a shipment is refused without prior authorization:
- Customer is responsible for return freight charges
- A restocking fee may apply
11. Installation Services
Professional installation services are available in select regions
(currently Southern California only).
